Hygga acts as the data controller for the dental clinic’s patient records. You have the right to access your patient documents, as well as to review and correct your patient information. Patient documents refer to records, examination results, and other patient data generated in the organization, implementation, and follow-up of your care. This right also applies to log data stored in our system.
To request access to your data, please decide whether you wish to submit a general information request or a log data request. Fill out the attached Customer Information Request Form (Hygga Oy), specifying which data you wish to access or correct, and provide as much detail as possible regarding your request. If you wish to submit a log data request, please complete the attached Customer Log Data Request Form (Hygga Oy). Once completed, send the form to us using secure email (instructions below).
Note! The information request form contains your personal data once completed, so do not send it via regular email!
When you wish to send a form containing personal data to Hygga Oy, such as the Customer Information Request Form, it must be sent using secure email. This method also allows you to verify your identity using online banking credentials or mobile ID.

You will then see the “Secure Email Message” view.
A) Enter your email address in the top field. You will receive a confirmation request for the secure email at this address.
Please note that you will receive a confirmation request to your email address. You must confirm this request by clicking the link provided in the message. Your secure email will only be sent to Hygga after this confirmation.

We process information requests from our customers as quickly as possible and aim to deliver the requested documents within 2–4 weeks from the receipt of the written request.
Book the most convenient hour as a time slot and pay the booking fee 19,90€.
Your treatment will begin within the time slot, as soon as the first dentist or dental hygienist is free. You will receive your exact time by text message half an hour before your treatment time.
Your visit will last just as long as you like. Treating all of your problems at once will avoid awkward revisits and save time.
