Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard

If you want to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Hygga Oy will only act as the marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the buyer. Paytrail Plc will handle any complaints.

Paytrail Plc acts as the product merchant for Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard payments, and the transaction is between the customer and Paytrail. The merchant, i.e. Paytrail, is responsible for all obligations and commitments related to the sale. Paytrail is also the payee.

Online banks

Paytrail Plc (2122839-7) provides payment and financing services related to online banking payments, in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Plc purchases the payment transaction and settles it with the retailer. For the user, the service works just like traditional online payments.

Settlement of disputes

If you are dissatisfied with your care, please contact our staff by email at info@hygga.fi in order to resolve the matter. Hanna Laulajainen is the patient ombudsman at the clinic.

You can also make a written complaint if the matter cannot be resolved informally. For further details, please visit the website of the Regional Administration Agency.

If the disagreement on patient care cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board.

Before referring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the Local Register Office.

This is how it works

1.

Book the most convenient hour as a time slot and pay the booking fee 19,90€.

2.

Your treatment will begin within the time slot, as soon as the first dentist or dental hygienist is free. You will receive your exact time by text message half an hour before your treatment time.

3.

Your visit will last just as long as you like. Treating all of your problems at once will avoid awkward revisits and save time.
